Junior Designer

About the Role:

As a Junior Designer at ONBOX Creative, you’ll be an essential part of our creative process. You’ll work under the mentorship of senior designers and Creative Director, collaborating on everything from packaging and branding to websites and marketing materials. This role is perfect for someone eager to learn, experiment, and create standout industry-leading work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design and development of packaging, branding, websites, and marketing materials across a broad range of industries
• Collaborate closely with senior designers and creative director to understand project requirements and contribute creative solutions.
• Work on the production of commercial print materials and digital marketing collateral.
• Support the design process from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality results and timely delivery.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and concept ideation to help shape the creative direction of projects.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and industry best practices, always striving for improvement.
• Maintain organized project files and assist with documentation and asset management.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree/certification in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in graphic/digital design, including internships or freelance projects.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• A portfolio that showcases your design skills, creativity, and unique perspective.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with an ability to both take direction and share ideas.
• Enthusiasm for learning and staying on top of design trends and new tools.
• Attention to detail, time management, and the ability to juggle multiple projects.
• Passion for creating work that not only looks good but also makes an impact.
